The resident faculty of IIT Chicago-Kent's Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (LADR) Certificate Program represent interests that cover a broad range of the law: evidence and forensic sciences, employment discrimination and wrongful discharge, tax fraud, consumer health benefits, professional responsibility, criminal procedure, workplace defamation, expert witness testimony, and mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
