Refunds and Support

For assistance regarding issues with PaperCut/TechCash or for refunds please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@kentlaw.iit.edu, submit a ticket at www.kentlaw.iit.edu/helpdesk or stop by room 540.

Notes on refunds:

  • If there has been a malfunction with the printer such as toner issue, paper jams etc, we will issue a refund.
  • We will analyse every situation and issue a refund accordingly.
  • Refunds will be processed in two business days from the time of the initial report.
