New layout for Google+, May 16, 2013

Google has rolled out a new layout for Google Plus whereby Hangouts now unify the chats, audio calls, video meetings across all devices. Please contact the Help Desk with any questions or concerns.

IIT System Maintenance 9:30pm, January 4, 2013

TThe weekly OTS Maintenance Window is 9:30pm Friday to 8:00am Saturday.

OTS will be performing server maintenance this week. While OTS completes this work, many OTS services will not be accessible. Between 9:30pm and 10:30pm Friday, January 4th myIIT and connected services will experience intermittent outages.

Impacted services include (but are not limited to) the following:

myIIT Portal
@iit.edu Email (Messages will be queued and delivered when maintenance is complete)
Banner (INB/SSB)
Blackboard
DegreeWorks
Cognos
