We handle legal issues that frequently arise for start-up companies, including but not limited to choice of entity, entity formation, contract review and drafting, corporate governance issues, review of leases, trademark searches and filing, and other transactional matters.
- Family Law
We represent clients in matters of legal separation, divorce, child support, child custody, visitation, guardianships and other related domestic relations issues.
- Health and Disability Law
Represent clients in Social Security disability cases and other civil litigation matters that generally involve health, disability or discrimination issues. Assist people who have suffered serious physical, cognitive and psychological injuries caused by a vaccine through the Vaccine Injury Law Project. Advocate for individuals with diabetes who face discrimination through the Center for Diabetes Research and Policy.
