Ms. Boye-Williams graduated from Cornell University, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, earning a B.S. in Natural Resources. While at IIT Chicago-Kent, she participated in the Environmental Law Society and served as Vice President, Internal during her second year. She also externed with the Honorable Blanche Manning of the Northern District of Illinois. Additionally, Ms. Boye-Williams served as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Ms. Boye-Williams graduated from Chicago-Kent with honors and obtained a certificate for completing the Program in Environmental and Energy Law. Upon graduation from IIT Chicago-Kent, Ms. Boye-Williams worked at Jenner & Block in the firm's environmental practice group. Currently, Ms. Boye-Williams is an attorney at Murtha Cullina LLP in the firm's Regulatory Department where she practices in the Environmental and Renewable Energy Practice Groups and advises clients on a variety of matters including: environmental issues that arise in transactions; development of large scale solar arrays; and compliance with environmental laws. She was admitted to practice in Illinois in 2003 and to Connecticut in 2012.
