Mollie Sitkowski

Chicago-Kent Honors Scholar

Class of 2013

Hailing from the Chicago suburbs, Mollie Sitkowski attended college first for a summer in Salamanca, Spain before her senior year of high school and then at the University of San Diego. During her time in San Diego, Mollie also studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France. She received her B.A. in International Relations and minored in Spanish and French. After graduation, she joined Enterprise Rent-a-Car's Management Trainee program. She then took a job as a legal assistant at an insurance defense firm before deciding she was ready to practice law, ideally something with an international focus.

After her first year at Chicago-Kent, Mollie obtained an externship in Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP's Customs and International Trade practice. Thanks to Chicago-Kent's externship program, Mollie was able to learn about an area of international law of which she had no prior knowledge while earning course credit.  She completed Drinker Biddle's Summer Associate program after her second year and will join the firm this Fall in its Customs and International Trade practice. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, yoga and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their dog.
