Shohreh Davoodi graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received a B.A. in Oboe Performance. Following graduation, Shohreh moved to Chicago and worked in the admissions office at Loyola University.

At Chicago-Kent, Shohreh served as a teaching assistant for first-year Contracts and Legal Writing students, as a research assistant for Professor Adrian Walters, and as an intern for the Tax & Probate Clinic. Additionally, Shohreh was a Notes & Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Shohreh had the opportunity to extern for the Honorable Susan E. Cox of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and to work as a summer associate in the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. While in law school, Shohreh received the Harold J. and Nancy F. Krent Excellence Award and the Chicago-Kent Certificate of Service. In her spare time, Shohreh volunteered with the Wills for Heroes program.

Shohreh graduated summa cum laude from Chicago-Kent and was selected for membership to Chicago-Kent's chapter of the Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school, Shohreh moved to Austin, Texas, and worked as an associate at Jackson Walker L.L.P. in the Wealth Planning practice group.
