Class of 2017
Jeffrey Michalik is from the south suburbs of Chicago. He graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program at Loyola University Chicago, where he received a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. Following graduation, Jeffrey worked a variety of different jobs ranging from childcare to customer service to corporate-level quality assurance and marketing.
At Chicago-Kent, Jeffrey has participated as a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review, Moot Court Honor Society, and Student-Alumni Board. Jeffrey also served as an executive board member of the Corporate Law Society and as the Founding Secretary of the Law Firm Management Society. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys exploring Chicago's neighborhoods and watching the Blackhawks win Stanley Cups.
After his first year of law school, Jeffrey served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Timothy Barnes in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. After his second year of law school, Jeffrey will be working as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP.
