Class of 2020

Ewa studied biology and biostatistics as part of Loyola University Chicago’s Honors Program. Between college and law school, Ewa worked as a litigation legal assistant. During that time, she was able to completely validate her passion for and desire to pursue a legal education.

After her 1L year, Ewa worked in-house at Abbott Laboratories, which allowed her to gain valuable experience in general intellectual property and patent law. After her 2L year, Ewa was a summer associate at McDermott Will & Emery, where she will continue after graduation. During her time at Chicago-Kent, Ewa was able to co-found PoLSKA (Polish Law Students at Kent Association) and has been greatly enjoying her time as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She is currently completing the first semester of her 3L year at Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, where she is significantly expanding her legal knowledge in an international context.

In her free time, Ewa enjoys serving as an interpreter and translator for people who are in need of legal services, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Cops.
