The Master of Taxation is a part-time program with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate accountants and other working professionals who want to keep pace with developments in tax law and deepen their understanding of this field. The program, created and taught by full-time tax attorneys who are partners at accounting firms, major law firms and leaders of the national tax bar, takes a rigorous in-class approach to the problems that tax practitioners confront on a daily basis. The program has benefited from significant contributions of time and resources by leading members of the tax bar. The Graduate Program in Taxation Advisory Board, which oversees the tax program, includes Chicago's most respected tax lawyers. Students in the program take courses with attorneys who are pursuing the LL.M. in Taxation degree.

Additional Information:

Tuition and fees for the current academic year are available here. All courses carry two semester hours of credit. Students enrolled in at least six credit hours each semester may be eligible for federally sponsored educational loans.
