Applicants for admission to the Graduate Program in Taxation may apply at any time, but are encouraged to do so as early as possible. Candidates for admission to the LL.M. Program in Taxation must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. In special circumstances, international students may be considered for admission if they hold a J.D., LL.B. or other non-U.S. first law degree. However, international applicants should be aware that the program focuses primarily on U.S. tax law.
