Important Dates and Deadlines for Graduating Students

| January 18 |
In anticipation of graduating students interested in obtaining their regalia for personal photos and in preparation for our ceremony, regalia will be shipped directly to the student. Regalia includes the hood, robe, tam, and tassel. All regalia items ordered are yours to keep and do not need to be returned. To participate in the in-person ceremony, Chicago-Kent graduates must wear regalia ordered via the online form through our vendor Oak Hall. Orders will ship within approximately 2 weeks of order date; late orders will not be accepted. |

Submission window for StageClip student content portal. Graduates may upload content (brief text, photo and/or a short video) intended for use during the commencement ceremony. |
