The Chicago-Kent College of Law has discount parking agreements with multiple garages within walking distance of the Conviser Law Center. Faculty, students, and staff are eligible; to purchase tickets, a university photo ID MUST be shown. If you do not currently have an Illinois Tech Photo ID, please stop by the Conviser Law Center Registrar's office, Suite 220, for Chicago-Kent IDs. All discounted pricing is subject to change without advance notice from the parking proprietor.

Arkadia Tower Parking Garage**

Garage entrance: 233 South Halsted Street

Garage is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week

Daily Parking

  • $10 for any 12-hour period
  • No in/out privileges
  • Must use an Illinois Tech discount sticker for each parking ticket. Affix the discount sticker to your parking ticket, scan the ticket barcode at the pay station, and pay to exit
  • Discount stickers can be picked up in the College Service Center, Suite 260, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.4:30 p.m. Limit 10-stickers per person at a time

Monthly Parking

  • Monthly discounted parking rate $200 (payments handled by SP Plus)
  • Keycard* Access 24-hours a day
  • $0 application fee
  • Keycard pickup from Arkadia front desk / Concierge
  • Complete Arkadia application and email to:

*Lost keycard replacement fee: $25.00

  • $14 for a 12-hour day
  • Place the IIT Conviser Law Center parking permit in the lower left front windshield of car
  • Permit MUST be displayed at all times when your vehicle is parked in the parking garage
  • Permits MUST be purchased in packets of 5 @ $75
  • Monthly Pass: Students and staff can pay $240.00/month plus a one time non-refundable $50 application fee.
  • Current non-discounted rates: $45 per 12-hour day;
    • Monday through Friday early bird special $18.00 (enter before 9am, out by 7pm);
    • Monday through Friday evening special $11.00 (enter after 2pm out by 1am)

  • Parking can be pre-purchased online through parking.com or simply by driving up to the garage and pulling a ticket within those time parameters.
