In addition to items held in the IIT Chicago-Kent Law Library, students have access to the collections of 75+ other academic libraries in Illinois. Use the ‘Request from an I-Share Library' button in the catalog to request an item. (New users of the service will need to create an account before placing a request.) Illinois Institute of Technology will automatically be chosen as the pick-up library. The pick-up location DTC SERVICE DESK should be used to receive items at the IIT Chicago-Kent Law Library. Items typically arrive in 5-7 days. Students are notified by email when the item is received and ready for pick-up. Renewals and requests are managed by students through their Library Account. Students may also borrow items from any I-Share library in person by presenting a valid student ID.
Items not available at the IIT Chicago-Kent Law Library or through I-Share may be requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
