Federal Circuit to Hear Arguments at Chicago-Kent

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will hear arguments in the Marovitz Courtroom at Chicago-Kent College of Law on Wednesday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., followed by Q&A sessions with Federal Circuit law clerks at 12:15 p.m. and with Federal Circuit judges at 12:40 p.m.

The court will hear four cases. Attendance is limited to Chicago-Kent students, faculty and alumni.

Chicago-Kent Professor Greg Reilly and Dean Harold Krent have produced a video previewing the four cases scheduled for argument. Those cases are:
