A revised version of the Fall 2020 Schedule of Classes is available below. This version provides information on which classes will be offered in hybrid format and which will be entirely online. As previously announced, students who have been approved for all-online participation will be able to participate remotely for any class session held on-site.

Cancellations and other changes:
*The following Fall courses have been canceled: Remedies (Prof. S. Harris); Trademarks (day section - Prof. Dinwoodie); International I.P. (Prof. Dinwoodie); and the following courses cross-listed from the IPMM program,which is being discontinued: Acquiring IP; IP in the High Tech Era; Litigation Technology; and Management of IP Portfolios.
*Commercial Law: Secured Transactions wil be taught by Prof. Walters (in place of Prof. S. Harris).
Although we do not keep wait lists for most courses, we are keeping them for the following courses (please email Dean Sowle if you wish to be added to any of these lists; students closed out of these classes at the end of initial registration were automatically places on the wait lists): Business Entity Formation and Transactions; Constitutional Law (Prof. Schmidt's section); Pretrial Litigation; Public Interest Housing Workshop (intersession); Trial Advocacy 2 (Thurs. morning section).
