Student Accounting Office (Formerly Bursar's Office)

The Student Accounting Office facilitates all interactions that affect a student's experience as it relates to the student account. The Student Accounts Office is responsible for maintaining the record of your student account, including the following:

• Issuing account notices and bills
• Payments, payment plans, and employer reimbursement
• Refunds (Direct Deposit)
• Institutional and Perkins Loans
• 1098-T Income Tax Statements

If you have any questions regarding your student account, please contact the Student Accounting Office. It is located on the Main Campus and can be reached by email at sa@iit.edu or by phone at (312) 567-3794, option 5.

There is a cashier present on the Downtown Campus two days a week to accept payments. The cashier window is located on the second floor in room 290. Look for the glass walk-up window around the corner from the elevator bank before the entrance to the second floor cafeteria, across from the faculty mailboxes.

Please note that the hours of operation at the IIT Downtown Campus vary from the hours of operation at the IIT Main Campus.
