Update on Travel Stipends

The university has issued a new policy that prohibits university-sponsored air and train travel during the COVID-19 outbreak and so we regret that we must suspend our travel stipend program. If you have already purchased air or train tickets for admitted students weekend or an upcoming visit day, you should make a good faith effort to work with the travel provider for a refund and we would be willing to provide a letter confirming the cancellation of our event if necessary. In the event that you are not able to obtain a refund, you can submit documentation to our office and we will still honor the travel stipend.
