Honors Scholars Application

This form may be used to submit an online application for the Chicago-Kent Honors Scholars Program. You must also complete the fall 2019 Chicago-Kent application for admission through the Law School Admission Council. There is no application fee.

See the Honors Scholars Program Application Guidelines page for complete application requirements. All application materials must be received in the Office of Admissions by Monday, February 25, 2019.

Note: You do not need to complete the online form if you applied for the Honors Scholars program as part of the Chicago-Kent application for admission.

The law school requires all applicants to take either the LSAT or GRE, and we will not consider an application until we have received an official score report. 

Honors Scholars Essay

What qualities do you possess as a prospective law student that ultimately will result in your becoming a leader of the profession? How have your accomplishments or challenges so far demonstrated that leadership potential?

Resume
  • Educational history, including all colleges, universities, graduate and/or professional schools you have attended, whether or not you were a degree candidate
  • Scholastic or academic honors, including scholarships, fellowships, prizes, honor society memberships, publications, etc.
  • Professional experience, including internships or other relevant activities
