Students

Developing professional skills is an essential part of your legal education. The Career Services Office (CSO) is here to help each student achieve their professional goals through individualized counseling and assistance. Career counselors provide students with career planning advice, revision of resume and cover letters, assistance with career changes, and interviewing strategy. The CSO also provides opportunities for students to develop professional skills through programming such as networking events, practice area specific lunch and learns, employer info sessions, and workshops.

Symplicity

Chicago-Kent College of Law students have free access to job postings on our internal Career Services Management platform Symplicity. Through this service, students can also make appointments with their assigned career counselor and peruse our expansive document library of career planning resources.

The Alumni Advisor Network

Alumni are frequently some of the best networking connections for law students to have.  The Chicago-Kent Alumni Association has created an Alumni Advisor Network for the purpose of connecting law students with alumni advisors.  To learn more about this unique program, click here.
